Ingredients

- 1 lb flank steak, thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tsp grated ginger
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- 2 tbsp water
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds
- 2 green onions, sliced
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix soy sauce, brown sugar, honey, ginger, and garlic.
- Heat oil in a pan over medium-high heat. Cook steak slices for 2-3 minutes per side.
- Add the sauce mixture to the pan and simmer for 2 minutes.
- Mix cornstarch and water, then stir into the sauce to thicken.
- Garnish with sesame seeds and green onions before serving.
Notes
- Slice steak thinly for faster cooking.
- Adjust sweetness by adding more or less honey.
- Serve over rice or with steamed vegetables.
