Description

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground chicken
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 egg
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 4 burger buns
  • 4 slices of cheese (optional)
  • Lettuce, tomato, and condiments for serving

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine ground chicken, breadcrumbs, parmesan cheese, egg, garlic, salt, and pepper.
  2. Mix until well combined.
  3. Form the mixture into 4 patties.
  4. Preheat a grill or skillet over medium heat.
  5. Cook the patties for 5-7 minutes on each side until cooked through.
  6. If using cheese, add a slice on top of each patty in the last minute of cooking.
  7. Toast the burger buns on the grill for 1-2 minutes.
  8. Assemble the burgers with lettuce, tomato, and your favorite condiments.
