A delicious homemade chicken burger that is juicy and flavorful.
Ingredients

- 1 lb ground chicken
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1 egg
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 4 burger buns
- 4 slices of cheese (optional)
- Lettuce, tomato, and condiments for serving
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine ground chicken, breadcrumbs, parmesan cheese, egg, garlic, salt, and pepper.
- Mix until well combined.
- Form the mixture into 4 patties.
- Preheat a grill or skillet over medium heat.
- Cook the patties for 5-7 minutes on each side until cooked through.
- If using cheese, add a slice on top of each patty in the last minute of cooking.
- Toast the burger buns on the grill for 1-2 minutes.
- Assemble the burgers with lettuce, tomato, and your favorite condiments.
Notes
- Use a meat thermometer to ensure the chicken is cooked to 165°F.
- Feel free to add spices or herbs for extra flavor.
