- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 4 whole wheat tortillas
- 1 cup chopped cucumber
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/2 cup red onion, thinly sliced
- 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
- 1/4 cup Greek yogurt
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
Instructions
- Slice chicken breasts into thin strips.
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add chicken, oregano, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Cook for 6-8 minutes.
- In a small bowl, mix Greek yogurt and lemon juice.
- Warm tortillas for 30 seconds in a dry pan.
- Spread yogurt sauce on tortillas.
- Add cooked chicken, cucumber, tomatoes, red onion, and feta.
- Roll tightly and serve.

- Use pre-cooked chicken to save time.
- Add olives for extra flavor.
- Swap feta for hummus for a vegan option.
