Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 4 whole wheat tortillas
  • 1 cup chopped cucumber
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/2 cup red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
  • 1/4 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Slice chicken breasts into thin strips.
  2. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
  3. Add chicken, oregano, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Cook for 6-8 minutes.
  4. In a small bowl, mix Greek yogurt and lemon juice.
  5. Warm tortillas for 30 seconds in a dry pan.
  6. Spread yogurt sauce on tortillas.
  7. Add cooked chicken, cucumber, tomatoes, red onion, and feta.
  8. Roll tightly and serve.
