Easy to make air fryer bagels with a crispy exterior and chewy inside.
Ingredients

- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 3/4 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1 egg (for egg wash)
- Everything bagel seasoning (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix flour, baking powder, and salt.
- Add Greek yogurt and combine until a dough forms.
- Knead the dough on a floured surface for 1-2 minutes.
- Divide the dough into 4 equal pieces and shape each into a bagel.
- Make a hole in the center of each bagel with your finger.
- Brush with egg wash and sprinkle with everything seasoning if desired.
- Place bagels in the air fryer basket and cook for 12-15 minutes until golden brown.
Notes
- Store leftover bagels in an airtight container.
- Reheat in the air fryer for a few minutes to restore crispness.
