Ingredients

  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 3/4 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 egg (for egg wash)
  • Everything bagel seasoning (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix flour, baking powder, and salt.
  3. Add Greek yogurt and combine until a dough forms.
  4. Knead the dough on a floured surface for 1-2 minutes.
  5. Divide the dough into 4 equal pieces and shape each into a bagel.
  6. Make a hole in the center of each bagel with your finger.
