Easy and delicious banana donuts made in an air fryer. A healthier alternative to traditional fried donuts with no added oil.
Ingredients

- 1 large ripe banana (mashed)
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp baking soda
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 egg
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- Cooking spray (for greasing)
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix mashed banana, sugar, egg, milk, and vanilla extract.
- Add flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Stir until combined.
- Grease a donut mold with cooking spray.
- Pour batter into the mold, filling each cavity halfway.
- Air fry for 8-10 minutes until golden brown.
- Let cool before serving.
Notes
- Use a piping bag for easier batter transfer.
- Add cinnamon or nutmeg for extra flavor.
- Top with powdered sugar or glaze if desired.
