Description

Easy and delicious banana donuts made in an air fryer. A healthier alternative to traditional fried donuts with no added oil.


Ingredients

  • 1 large ripe banana (mashed)
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp baking soda
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • Cooking spray (for greasing)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix mashed banana, sugar, egg, milk, and vanilla extract.
  3. Add flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Stir until combined.
  4. Grease a donut mold with cooking spray.
  5. Pour batter into the mold, filling each cavity halfway.
  6. Air fry for 8-10 minutes until golden brown.
  7. Let cool before serving.
