- 2 large eggs

- 1/2 cup cup milk

Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, mash the ripe bananas until smooth.
- Add the eggs and whisk until combined.
- Stir in the flour, baking powder, milk, vanilla extract, and salt until just combined.
- Preheat the air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- Lightly spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray.
- Pour 1/4 cup of batter for each pancake into the basket, leaving space between each.
- Cook in the air fryer for 8-10 minutes or until golden brown, flipping halfway through.
- Remove pancakes from the air fryer and keep warm while cooking the remaining batter.
- Serve warm with your favorite toppings such as syrup, fruit, or nuts.
