Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef (80/20 blend recommended)
  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 egg
  • Cooking spray

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, parmesan cheese, garlic, onion powder, Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper, and egg.
  2. Mix until just combined; do not overmix.
  3. Form the mixture into 4 equal patties.
  4. Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  5. Spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray.
  6. Place the patties in the air fryer basket in a single layer, making sure they are not touching.
  7. Cook for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the internal temperature reaches 160°F (71°C).
  8. Remove from the air fryer and let rest for a few minutes before serving.
