Description
A deliciously creamy and cheesy broccoli gratin made effortlessly in the air fryer, perfect as a side dish.

- 4 cups broccoli florets, fresh or frozen
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/4 teaspoon paprika (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the heavy cream, shredded cheddar cheese, grated Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Add the broccoli florets to the cheese mixture and stir until well coated.
- In a separate bowl, mix breadcrumbs with olive oil and paprika until evenly coated.
- Transfer the broccoli mixture into an air fryer-safe baking dish and spread it out evenly.
- Top with the breadcrumb mixture, spreading it evenly over the broccoli.
- Place the baking dish in the air fryer basket and cook for 15-20 minutes, or until the top is golden and the broccoli is tender.
- Remove from the air fryer and let it cool slightly before serving.
Notes
- For extra flavor, you can add cooked bacon bits or sautéed onions to the broccoli mixture.
- If using frozen broccoli, make sure to thaw and drain excess water before mixing.
