- 1/2 cup (115g) unsalted butter, melted
- 1 cup (200g) granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/3 cup (40g) unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/2 cup (65g) all-purpose flour
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 cup (90g) chocolate chips (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 320°F (160°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine melted butter and sugar. Stir until well combined.
- Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in the vanilla extract.
- Sift in the cocoa powder, flour, salt, and baking powder. Mix until just combined. If using, fold in the chocolate chips.
- Pour the brownie batter into a greased air fryer-safe baking dish or lined with parchment paper.
- Air fry at 320°F (160°C) for 15-18 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out with a few moist crumbs.
- Let the brownies cool in the dish for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
Notes
- Cooking times may vary depending on your air fryer model, so keep an eye on the brownies as they cook.
- For extra fudgy brownies, do not overcook. It’s better to undercook slightly than overcook.
