  • Author: ushinzomr

Description

These air fryer brownies are fudgy, chocolatey, and incredibly easy to make! Perfect for satisfying your sweet tooth in no time.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1/2 cup (115g) unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup (200g) granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/3 cup (40g) unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup (65g) all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 cup (90g) chocolate chips (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 320°F (160°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine melted butter and sugar. Stir until well combined.
  3. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in the vanilla extract.
  4. Sift in the cocoa powder, flour, salt, and baking powder. Mix until just combined. If using, fold in the chocolate chips.
  5. Pour the brownie batter into a greased air fryer-safe baking dish or lined with parchment paper.
  6. Air fry at 320°F (160°C) for 15-18 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out with a few moist crumbs.
  7. Let the brownies cool in the dish for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.

Notes

  • Cooking times may vary depending on your air fryer model, so keep an eye on the brownies as they cook.
  • For extra fudgy brownies, do not overcook. It’s better to undercook slightly than overcook.
