Ingredients

- 1 medium head cauliflower, cut into florets
- 1/2 cup hot sauce
- 2 tbsp melted butter or olive oil
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour or gluten-free flour
- 1/4 cup water
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix flour, water, garlic powder, paprika, and salt to form a batter.
- Toss cauliflower florets in the batter until coated.
- Place coated cauliflower in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 12-15 minutes, shaking halfway, until crispy.
- In a separate bowl, mix hot sauce and melted butter.
- Toss cooked cauliflower in the buffalo sauce.
- Return to the air fryer for 2-3 minutes to crisp further.
- Serve immediately with ranch or blue cheese dressing.
Notes
- For extra crispiness, lightly spray cauliflower with cooking oil before air frying.
- Adjust hot sauce quantity based on your spice preference.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 2 days.
