- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp Cajun seasoning
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 1 zucchini, sliced
- 1 small red onion, sliced
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Toss chicken with 1 tbsp olive oil and Cajun seasoning.
- In a bowl, mix vegetables with remaining olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Place chicken in the air fryer basket and cook for 10 minutes.
- Flip chicken, add vegetables, and cook for another 10-12 minutes until chicken reaches 165°F (75°C).
- Serve hot.
