- 1 pound Chicken breast tenders
- 2 tablespoons Olive oil
- 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon Onion powder
- 1 teaspoon Paprika
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1/2 teaspoon Black pepper
- 1 cup Breadcrumbs (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
- Add the chicken breast tenders to the bowl and toss until well coated.
- If using breadcrumbs, place the breadcrumbs in a shallow dish and dredge each tender in the breadcrumbs until evenly coated.
- Place the chicken tenders in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Avoid overcrowding for even cooking.
- Cook for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the chicken is golden brown and cooked through (internal temperature should reach 165°F or 75°C).
- Remove from the air fryer and let rest for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
- For extra flavor, marinate the chicken tenders in the seasoning mixture for 30 minutes before cooking.
