Description
Crispy air-fried chicken egg rolls with a savory filling. Quick and easy to make with minimal oil.
Ingredients

- 1 lb ground chicken
- 2 cups shredded cabbage
- 1 carrot, shredded
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp ginger, grated
- 12 egg roll wrappers
- 1 tbsp water (for sealing)
- 1 tbsp oil (for brushing)
Instructions
- Cook chicken in a pan until browned.
- Add cabbage, carrot, garlic, soy sauce, and ginger. Cook until vegetables soften.
- Let the filling cool slightly.
- Place 2 tbsp of filling on each egg roll wrapper.
- Fold the sides in, roll tightly, and seal with water.
- Brush egg rolls lightly with oil.
- Air fry at 375°F for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden brown.
Notes
- Use lean ground chicken for less grease.
- Ensure egg rolls are not overcrowded in the air fryer.
- Serve with sweet chili sauce or soy sauce for dipping.
