Description

Ingredients

  • 1 cup buttermilk
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • Cooking spray

Instructions

  1. Marinate cube steak in buttermilk for at least 1 hour.
  2. In a bowl, mix flour, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. Remove steak from buttermilk and coat it with the flour mixture.
  4. Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  5. Spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray.
  6. Place the coated steak in the basket and spray the top with cooking spray.
  7. Cook for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through.
