Ingredients
Scale
- 1 lb chicken breast, cut into 1-inch cubes
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 bell pepper, cut into chunks

Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.

- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Thread the marinated chicken, bell pepper, and onion onto the skewers, alternating between chicken and vegetables.
- Place the skewers in the air fryer basket in a single layer. You may need to cook in batches.
- Cook the kabobs in the air fryer for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the chicken is cooked through and has nice grill marks.
- Remove the kabobs from the air fryer and let rest for a couple of minutes before serving.
Notes
- Feel free to customize the vegetables based on your preference, such as zucchini or cherry tomatoes.
- For extra flavor, you can add a squeeze of lemon juice before serving.
