- 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1 cup breadcrumbs (panko for extra crunch)
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 large eggs, beaten
- Cooking spray
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, combine breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Dip each chicken piece into the beaten eggs, then coat thoroughly with the breadcrumb mixture.
- Arrange the coated chicken pieces in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Spray lightly with cooking spray.
- Cook in the air fryer for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and cooked through.
- Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
Notes
- For extra flavor, marinate the chicken in buttermilk for a few hours before coating.
- You can use any type of breadcrumbs you prefer.
