Ingredients

  • 1 pound chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs (panko or regular)
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Cooking spray

Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a shallow bowl, combine the flour, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. In another bowl, beat the eggs.
  4. In a third bowl, add the breadcrumbs.
  5. Coat each piece of chicken in the flour mixture, then dip it in the beaten eggs, and finally coat it in the breadcrumbs.
  6. Place the coated chicken nuggets in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Make sure they are not touching to ensure even cooking.
  7. Spray the nuggets lightly with cooking spray.
  8. Cook for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and cooked through.
  9. Serve with your favorite dipping sauces.

Notes

  • Make sure the chicken is cooked to an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C).
  • For extra flavor, you can add Parmesan cheese to the breadcrumb mixture.
