- 1 cup breadcrumbs (panko or regular)

- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Cooking spray
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix the breadcrumbs, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- In a separate bowl, place the flour. In another bowl, whisk the eggs.
- Dip each chicken piece into the flour, shaking off the excess, then dip in the egg, and finally coat with the breadcrumb mixture.
- Arrange the coated chicken nuggets in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Spray lightly with cooking spray.
- Cook for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and cooked through.
- Serve with your favorite dipping sauce.

- For extra crispy nuggets, you can double dip the chicken pieces by repeating the egg and breadcrumb steps.
