Ingredients

- 2 boneless chicken breasts
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp oil
Instructions
- Pound chicken breasts to 1/2 inch thickness.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Dredge each piece in flour, then dip in beaten eggs, and coat with breadcrumbs.
- Preheat air fryer to 380°F.
- Place chicken in air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 10 minutes, flip, then cook another 5-8 minutes until golden and internal temperature reaches 165°F.
Notes
- Do not overcrowd the air fryer basket for even cooking.
- Spray lightly with oil for extra crispiness.
- Serve immediately for best texture.
