Crispy air fryer chicken tenders with a flavorful Parmesan crust.
Ingredients

- 1 lb chicken tenders
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F.
- Mix Parmesan, breadcrumbs, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Whisk eggs and milk in another bowl.
- Dip each chicken tender in egg mixture, then coat with breadcrumb mixture.
- Lightly spray or brush with olive oil.
- Place in air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and crispy.
- Serve hot.
Notes
- Use panko breadcrumbs for extra crispiness.
- Check internal temperature reaches 165°F.
- Don’t overcrowd the air fryer basket.
