Crispy air fryer chicken tenders with a flavorful Parmesan crust.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb chicken tenders
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat air fryer to 375°F.
  2. Mix Parmesan, breadcrumbs, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  3. Whisk eggs and milk in another bowl.
  4. Dip each chicken tender in egg mixture, then coat with breadcrumb mixture.
  5. Lightly spray or brush with olive oil.
  6. Place in air fryer basket in a single layer.
  7. Cook for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and crispy.
  8. Serve hot.
