  • 1/4 cup brown sugar (packed)
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 2 tablespoons butter (melted)
  • 1/4 cup walnuts or pecans (chopped (optional))

Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 320°F (160°C).
  2. Core the apples and make a shallow cut around the circumference to prevent bursting.
  3. In a bowl, mix brown sugar, cinnamon, and melted butter. Stir in nuts if using.
  4. Stuff the mixture into the cored apples.
  5. Place the stuffed apples in the air fryer basket.
  6. Air fry for 15-20 minutes, or until the apples are tender.
  7. Serve warm, optionally drizzled with caramel or topped with ice cream.
