- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 large egg
- 1 tbsp melted butter
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup melted butter (for coating)
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar mixed with 1 tsp cinnamon (for coating)
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon.
- Add milk, egg, melted butter, and vanilla extract. Stir until combined.
- Roll the dough into small balls (about 1-inch diameter).
- Place the balls in the air fryer basket, leaving space between them.
- Cook for 5-6 minutes, shaking the basket halfway.
- Remove and immediately coat in melted butter, then roll in cinnamon sugar.
- Serve warm.
Notes
- For extra flavor, add a pinch of nutmeg to the dough.
- If the dough is too sticky, lightly flour your hands before rolling.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 2 days.
