Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 tbsp melted butter
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup melted butter (for coating)
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar mixed with 1 tsp cinnamon (for coating)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon.
  3. Add milk, egg, melted butter, and vanilla extract. Stir until combined.
  4. Roll the dough into small balls (about 1-inch diameter).
  5. Place the balls in the air fryer basket, leaving space between them.
  6. Cook for 5-6 minutes, shaking the basket halfway.
  7. Remove and immediately coat in melted butter, then roll in cinnamon sugar.
  8. Serve warm.
