- 2 Ripe bananas
- 2 tablespoons Granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon Ground cinnamon
- as needed Cooking spray
Instructions
- In a small bowl, combine the granulated sugar and ground cinnamon. Set aside.
- Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- Spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray to prevent sticking.
- Evenly coat the banana slices with the cinnamon-sugar mixture.
- Arrange the banana slices in a single layer in the air fryer basket, making sure they are not overlapping.
- Air fry the banana slices for 10-15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through to ensure even cooking.
- Once they are golden and crispy, remove them from the air fryer and let them cool on a wire rack.
