Crispy, flavorful garlic chicken thighs made easily in an air fryer.


Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skin-on chicken thighs
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp dried thyme

Instructions

  1. Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Pat chicken thighs dry with paper towels.
  3. Mix olive oil, minced garlic, salt, pepper, paprika, and thyme in a bowl.
  4. Coat chicken thighs evenly with the mixture.
  5. Place chicken in the air fryer basket, skin-side down.
  6. Cook for 12 minutes, then flip and cook another 8-10 minutes until crispy and internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).

Notes

  • For extra crispiness, pat chicken dry thoroughly before seasoning.
