Ingredients

- 4 boneless, skin-on chicken thighs
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp dried thyme
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Pat chicken thighs dry with paper towels.
- Mix olive oil, minced garlic, salt, pepper, paprika, and thyme in a bowl.
- Coat chicken thighs evenly with the mixture.
- Place chicken in the air fryer basket, skin-side down.
- Cook for 12 minutes, then flip and cook another 8-10 minutes until crispy and internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
Notes
- For extra crispiness, pat chicken dry thoroughly before seasoning.
- Adjust cooking time if using bone-in thighs.
