Ingredients

  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
  • 1 tbsp butter

Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Butter one side of each bread slice.
  3. Crack an egg onto the non-buttered side of one slice.
  4. Sprinkle cheese on top of the egg.
  5. Place the second bread slice on top, buttered side up.
  6. Air fry for 5-7 minutes until golden and the egg is cooked.
  7. Let cool slightly before serving.
