Ingredients

- 2 slices of bread
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
- 1 tbsp butter
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- Butter one side of each bread slice.
- Crack an egg onto the non-buttered side of one slice.
- Sprinkle cheese on top of the egg.
- Place the second bread slice on top, buttered side up.
- Air fry for 5-7 minutes until golden and the egg is cooked.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
