Ingredients

- 1 pound chicken breast or beef sirloin, sliced into thin strips
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 1 onion, sliced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon fajita seasoning (store-bought or homemade)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Tortillas, for serving
- Optional toppings: sour cream, guacamole, salsa, cheese, cilantro
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the sliced chicken or beef, bell pepper, onion, olive oil, fajita seasoning, salt, and pepper. Toss until everything is well coated.
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Place the fajita mixture in the air fryer basket in a single layer. You may need to do this in batches depending on the size of your air fryer.
- Air fry for 10-12 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until the chicken or beef is cooked through and the vegetables are tender.
- Remove from the air fryer and let it rest for a few minutes.
- Serve in warm tortillas with your choice of toppings.
