Ingredients

  • 1 pound white fish fillets
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons taco seasoning
  • 8 corn tortillas
  • 2 cups cabbage
  • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro
  • 1 lime
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • to taste hot sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Pat the fish fillets dry with paper towels. In a bowl, toss the fish with olive oil and taco seasoning until well coated.
  3. Place the seasoned fish fillets in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Cook for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the fish is cooked through and crispy.
  4. While the fish is cooking, warm the corn tortillas in a dry skillet over medium heat or in the microwave.
  5. Once the fish is done, remove it from the air fryer and flake it into bite-sized pieces.
  6. Assemble the tacos by placing some flaked fish on each tortilla, and topping with shredded cabbage, cilantro, and a drizzle of sour cream and hot sauce.
  7. Serve with lime wedges on the side.

Notes

  • Feel free to add your favorite toppings such as diced tomatoes, avocado, or cheese.
  • You can also swap the white fish for shrimp or other seafood if desired.
