Description
Crispy air fryer french fries made with minimal oil.
Ingredients

- 2 large russet potatoes
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Wash and peel the potatoes.
- Cut the potatoes into thin strips.
- Soak the potato strips in water for 30 minutes.
- Drain and pat the potatoes dry.
- In a bowl, toss the potatoes with olive oil, salt, paprika, and garlic powder.
- Add the potato strips to the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 15-20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
- Remove and serve hot.
