Description
Crispy homemade French fries made in an air fryer.
Ingredients

- 4 medium potatoes
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
Instructions
- Wash and peel the potatoes.
- Cut them into thin strips.
- Soak the potato strips in water for 30 minutes.
- Drain and pat them dry.
- Toss the potatoes with olive oil, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
- Preheat the air fryer to 380°F (193°C).
- Place the potato strips in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 15-20 minutes, shaking halfway through.
- Check for crispiness and cook longer if needed.
- Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
Notes
- Adjust seasoning to taste.
- For extra crispiness, leave the fries in the air fryer an additional 2-3 minutes.
- Try different seasonings for variety.
