- 4 medium russet potatoes
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Cut potatoes into wedges.
- Toss wedges with olive oil, minced garlic, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Place wedges in air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 15 minutes, shaking halfway.
- Sprinkle parmesan cheese and parsley over wedges before serving.
Notes
- For extra crispiness, soak potato wedges in cold water for 30 minutes and pat dry before seasoning.
