- 1 fully cooked ham (about 5–7 pounds)
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cloves
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 cup apple juice or orange juice
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 300°F (150°C).
- In a bowl, mix together the brown sugar, honey, Dijon mustard, cinnamon, cloves, and black pepper to create a glaze.
- Place the ham in the air fryer basket, flat side down.
- Brush the glaze all over the ham, ensuring it’s evenly coated.
- Pour the apple juice or orange juice into the bottom of the air fryer basket.
- Air fry the ham for about 30-40 minutes, basting it with the glaze every 10-15 minutes, until heated through and caramelized.
- Once done, remove the ham from the air fryer and let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
