- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh herbs for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- In a small bowl, mix together olive oil, oregano, thyme, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Rub the herb mixture all over the chicken breasts until evenly coated.
- Place the chicken breasts in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
- Remove from the air fryer and let rest for 5 minutes.
- Garnish with fresh herbs if desired and serve.

- For best results, let the chicken marinate for at least 30 minutes before cooking.
