- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp dried thyme
- 1 tsp dried rosemary
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix garlic, olive oil, thyme, rosemary, salt, and pepper.
- Coat the chicken breasts evenly with the herb-garlic mixture.
- Place the chicken in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 12-15 minutes, flipping halfway, until internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
- Let rest for 3 minutes before serving.
Notes
- For extra crispiness, lightly spray the chicken with oil before air frying.
- Adjust cooking time based on thickness of chicken breasts.
