Description
Crispy and flavorful Indian-style chicken wings made in an air fryer. These wings are packed with bold spices and cooked to perfection with less oil.
Ingredients

- 1 lb chicken wings
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp ginger-garlic paste
- 1 tsp red chili powder
- 1 tsp garam masala
- 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
- 1/2 tsp cumin powder
- 1/2 tsp coriander powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp chopped fresh cilantro (for garnish)
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix olive oil, lemon juice, ginger-garlic paste, red chili powder, garam masala, turmeric, cumin, coriander, and salt.
- Coat the wings evenly with the marinade and let them sit for 30 minutes.
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Arrange wings in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
- Air fry for 20-22 minutes, flipping halfway, until crispy and golden.
- Garnish with fresh cilantro and serve hot.
Notes
- For extra crispiness, pat the wings dry before marinating.
- Adjust chili powder for more or less heat.
- Serve with mint chutney or yogurt dip.
