Description

Crispy and flavorful Indian-style chicken wings made in an air fryer. These wings are packed with bold spices and cooked to perfection with less oil.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb chicken wings
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp ginger-garlic paste
  • 1 tsp red chili powder
  • 1 tsp garam masala
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1/2 tsp cumin powder
  • 1/2 tsp coriander powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp chopped fresh cilantro (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix olive oil, lemon juice, ginger-garlic paste, red chili powder, garam masala, turmeric, cumin, coriander, and salt.
  2. Coat the wings evenly with the marinade and let them sit for 30 minutes.
  3. Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  4. Arrange wings in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
  5. Air fry for 20-22 minutes, flipping halfway, until crispy and golden.
  6. Garnish with fresh cilantro and serve hot.

Notes

  • For extra crispiness, pat the wings dry before marinating.
  • Adjust chili powder for more or less heat.
  • Serve with mint chutney or yogurt dip.
