Crispy and flavorful Korean-style wings made in the air fryer with a spicy gochujang glaze.
Ingredients

- 1 lb chicken wings
- 2 tbsp gochujang paste
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp rice vinegar
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp minced garlic
- 1 tsp grated ginger
- 1 tbsp toasted sesame seeds
- 1 green onion, sliced
Instructions
- Pat the chicken wings dry with paper towels.
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 5 minutes.
- Place the wings in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 12 minutes, flip, then cook for another 10 minutes until crispy.
- In a bowl, mix gochujang, soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, sesame oil, garlic, and ginger.
- Toss the cooked wings in the sauce until fully coated.
- Garnish with sesame seeds and green onions before serving.
Notes
- For extra crispiness, spray the wings lightly with oil before air frying.
- Adjust gochujang for milder or spicier flavor.
- Serve with a side of pickled radish or cucumber for balance.
