Description

Crispy and flavorful Korean-style wings made in the air fryer with a spicy gochujang glaze.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb chicken wings
  • 2 tbsp gochujang paste
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 1 tsp minced garlic
  • 1 tsp grated ginger
  • 1 tbsp toasted sesame seeds
  • 1 green onion, sliced

Instructions

  1. Pat the chicken wings dry with paper towels.
  2. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 5 minutes.
  3. Place the wings in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  4. Cook for 12 minutes, flip, then cook for another 10 minutes until crispy.
  5. In a bowl, mix gochujang, soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, sesame oil, garlic, and ginger.
  6. Toss the cooked wings in the sauce until fully coated.
  7. Garnish with sesame seeds and green onions before serving.

Notes

  • For extra crispiness, spray the wings lightly with oil before air frying.
  • Adjust gochujang for milder or spicier flavor.
  • Serve with a side of pickled radish or cucumber for balance.
