- 1 lb ground beef
- 1/2 cup bread crumbs
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

- 1 egg
- 2 cloves garlic, minced

- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine ground beef, bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese, parsley, egg, garlic, salt, black pepper, and Italian seasoning.
- Mix until well combined, but do not overmix.
- Form the mixture into meatballs, about 1 to 1.5 inches in diameter.
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Place the meatballs in a single layer in the air fryer basket, making sure they do not touch.
- Cook for 10-12 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 160°F (71°C).
- Remove from the air fryer and let rest for a few minutes before serving.
