Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup onion, finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup ketchup
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp dried thyme
  • 1/2 cup ketchup (for topping)

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, onion, milk, ketchup, egg, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and thyme. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly incorporated.
  2. Shape the mixture into a loaf and place it in the air fryer basket.
  3. Spread ketchup on top of the meatloaf for added flavor and moisture.
  4. Preheat the air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
  5. Cook the meatloaf in the air fryer for 25-30 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 160°F (70°C).
  6. Once cooked, remove the meatloaf from the air fryer and let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
