- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup onion, finely chopped
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 1 large egg
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp dried thyme
- 1/2 cup ketchup (for topping)
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, onion, milk, ketchup, egg, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and thyme. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly incorporated.
- Shape the mixture into a loaf and place it in the air fryer basket.
- Spread ketchup on top of the meatloaf for added flavor and moisture.
- Preheat the air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- Cook the meatloaf in the air fryer for 25-30 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 160°F (70°C).
- Once cooked, remove the meatloaf from the air fryer and let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
