- 1 pound fresh mushrooms, cleaned and trimmed
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish, optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the mushrooms with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, dried thyme, salt, and pepper. Toss until the mushrooms are evenly coated.
- Place the mushrooms in the air fryer basket in a single layer. You may need to do this in batches depending on the size of your air fryer.
- Air fry the mushrooms for 10-12 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until they are golden brown and crispy.
- Remove from the air fryer and garnish with fresh parsley if desired. Serve immediately.
