  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish, optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the mushrooms with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, dried thyme, salt, and pepper. Toss until the mushrooms are evenly coated.
  3. Place the mushrooms in the air fryer basket in a single layer. You may need to do this in batches depending on the size of your air fryer.
  4. Air fry the mushrooms for 10-12 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until they are golden brown and crispy.
  5. Remove from the air fryer and garnish with fresh parsley if desired. Serve immediately.
