- 1 pound fresh mushrooms, cleaned and trimmed
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the mushrooms, olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Toss until the mushrooms are evenly coated.
- Place the mushrooms in the air fryer basket in a single layer, making sure they are not overcrowded.
- Cook for 10-12 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until the mushrooms are golden brown and cooked through.
- Remove from the air fryer and sprinkle with fresh parsley before serving.
