Ingredients

  • 1 jar dill pickles, sliced
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • Non-stick cooking spray

Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine the flour, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
  3. In another bowl, whisk the eggs.
  4. Place the breadcrumbs in a third bowl.
  5. Dip each pickle slice in the flour mixture, then into the eggs, and finally coat with the breadcrumbs.
  6. Arrange the coated pickles in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Spray lightly with non-stick cooking spray.
  7. Air fry for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and crispy.
  8. Serve warm with your favorite dipping sauce.

Notes

  • For extra flavor, you can add cayenne pepper to the breadcrumb mixture.
