- 1 jar dill pickles, sliced
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 large eggs
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- Non-stick cooking spray
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, combine the flour, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
- In another bowl, whisk the eggs.
- Place the breadcrumbs in a third bowl.
- Dip each pickle slice in the flour mixture, then into the eggs, and finally coat with the breadcrumbs.
- Arrange the coated pickles in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Spray lightly with non-stick cooking spray.
- Air fry for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and crispy.
- Serve warm with your favorite dipping sauce.
Notes
- For extra flavor, you can add cayenne pepper to the breadcrumb mixture.
- Make sure not to overcrowd the air fryer basket for even cooking.
- These are best served immediately for maximum crispiness.
