Description
Tender and juicy pork chop bites cooked to perfection in the air fryer, seasoned with your favorite spices for a deliciously quick meal.
Ingredients
Scale
- 1 pound pork chops, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional for heat)
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the pork chop pieces with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, black pepper, dried thyme, and cayenne pepper (if using). Toss until well coated.
- Place the seasoned pork chop bites in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Make sure they are not overcrowded to ensure even cooking.
- Cook in the air fryer for 10-12 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through for even cooking, until the pork is golden brown and cooked through (internal temperature should reach 145°F or 63°C).
- Once cooked, remove the pork chop bites from the air fryer and let them rest for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
- Feel free to customize the seasonings to your taste. Other herbs like oregano or basil can also be added.
- Serve with your favorite dipping sauce or alongside a fresh salad for a complete meal.
- Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
