  • 1 pound pork chops, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional for heat)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the pork chop pieces with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, black pepper, dried thyme, and cayenne pepper (if using). Toss until well coated.
  3. Place the seasoned pork chop bites in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Make sure they are not overcrowded to ensure even cooking.
  4. Cook in the air fryer for 10-12 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through for even cooking, until the pork is golden brown and cooked through (internal temperature should reach 145°F or 63°C).
  5. Once cooked, remove the pork chop bites from the air fryer and let them rest for a few minutes before serving.

Notes

  • Feel free to customize the seasonings to your taste. Other herbs like oregano or basil can also be added.
