Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the grated potatoes, grated onion, beaten egg, flour, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. Mix until well combined.
  2. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  3. Form the potato mixture into small patties, about 1/2 inch thick.
