- 4 medium potatoes, peeled and grated
- 1 small onion, grated
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
- Cooking spray
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the grated potatoes, grated onion, beaten egg, flour, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. Mix until well combined.
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Form the potato mixture into small patties, about 1/2 inch thick.
- Spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray. Place the potato pancakes in a single layer in the basket, making sure they do not touch.
- Spray the tops of the pancakes with additional cooking spray.
- Cook the pancakes in the air fryer for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and crispy.
- Remove from the air fryer and let cool slightly before serving. Enjoy!
Notes
- For extra crispiness, you can spray a little more cooking spray on the pancakes halfway through cooking.
