Ingredients
Scale
- 2 lbs baby potatoes, halved or quartered
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the halved baby potatoes, olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Toss until the potatoes are evenly coated.
- Place the potatoes in the air fryer basket in a single layer. You may need to cook them in batches depending on the size of your air fryer.
- Air fry the potatoes for 15-20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until they are golden brown and crispy.
- Once cooked, remove the potatoes from the air fryer and garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
Notes
- For extra crispiness, you can soak the potatoes in water for 30 minutes before cooking and then pat them dry.
- Feel free to customize the seasonings to your preference — try adding Italian herbs or chili powder for a different flavor profile.
- Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
