Crispy and delicious air fryer ravioli, perfect as an appetizer or snack.
Ingredients

- 1 package (9 oz) refrigerated ravioli, any flavor
- 1 cup breadcrumbs (Panko or regular)
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 large egg, beaten
- Cooking spray
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- In a shallow bowl, combine breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- In another bowl, beat the egg.
- Dip each ravioli into the beaten egg, then coat with the breadcrumb mixture, pressing gently to adhere.
- Spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray.
- Arrange the breaded ravioli in a single layer in the basket. Spray the tops lightly with cooking spray.
- Air fry for 8-10 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy, shaking the basket halfway through cooking.
- Serve hot with marinara sauce for dipping.
Notes
- Feel free to use frozen ravioli; just add a couple of extra minutes to the cooking time.
- Experiment with different flavors of ravioli and dipping sauces.
