Ingredients

  • 1 package (9 oz) refrigerated ravioli, any flavor
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs (Panko or regular)
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 large egg, beaten
  • Cooking spray

Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a shallow bowl, combine breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. In another bowl, beat the egg.
  4. Dip each ravioli into the beaten egg, then coat with the breadcrumb mixture, pressing gently to adhere.
  5. Spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray.
  6. Arrange the breaded ravioli in a single layer in the basket. Spray the tops lightly with cooking spray.
  7. Air fry for 8-10 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy, shaking the basket halfway through cooking.
  8. Serve hot with marinara sauce for dipping.

Notes

  • Feel free to use frozen ravioli; just add a couple of extra minutes to the cooking time.
