  • 1/2 cup cooked and crumbled sausage or bacon (optional)
  • 1/4 cup diced bell peppers
  • 1/4 cup diced onions
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Cooking spray

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  2. Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
  3. In a skillet over medium heat, cook the diced onions and bell peppers until softened, about 3-4 minutes. If using sausage or bacon, add it to the skillet to heat through.
  4. Add the egg mixture to the skillet and cook, stirring gently, until the eggs are scrambled and fully cooked, about 5-7 minutes. Remove from heat and stir in the cheese until melted.
  5. Lay a tortilla flat on a clean surface. Spoon some of the egg mixture onto the center of the tortilla, then fold in the sides and roll it up tightly to form a burrito. Repeat with the remaining tortillas and filling.
  6. Spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray. Place the burritos seam-side down in the basket, making sure they are not overcrowded.
  7. Air fry the burritos at 350°F (175°C) for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway through, until they are golden brown and crispy.
  8. Remove from the air fryer and let cool for a minute before serving. Enjoy!
