These healthy banana oatmeal cookies are made in the air fryer for a quick and easy dessert. They are chewy, naturally sweetened, and packed with wholesome ingredients.

- 2 ripe bananas, mashed
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 cup almond butter (or any nut butter)
- 1/4 cup dark chocolate chips (optional)
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine the mashed bananas, rolled oats, cinnamon, almond butter, salt, and vanilla extract. Mix until well combined.
- Fold in the dark chocolate chips if using.
- Preheat your air fryer to 320°F (160°C) for about 5 minutes.
- Using a spoon, drop spoonfuls of the cookie batter onto a piece of parchment paper cut to fit your air fryer basket.
- Place the parchment paper with the cookies in the air fryer basket, making sure there is space between each cookie.
- Air fry at 320°F (160°C) for 10-12 minutes or until the edges are golden brown and the cookies are set.
- Remove from the air fryer and let cool for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
Notes
- Store cookies in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3 days.
- You can customize these cookies by adding nuts, seeds, or dried fruit.
- Make sure not to overcrowd the air fryer basket for even cooking.
