This air fryer crispy cauliflower recipe is a healthy, low-carb alternative to traditional fried snacks. Perfectly seasoned and wonderfully crunchy!

- 1 head of cauliflower, cut into florets
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the cauliflower florets with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Toss until the cauliflower is evenly coated.
- Place the seasoned cauliflower in the air fryer basket in a single layer. You may need to do this in batches depending on the size of your air fryer.
- Air fry for 12-15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until the cauliflower is golden brown and crispy.
- If using, sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese over the cauliflower during the last 2 minutes of cooking.
- Serve hot as a snack or side dish.
