Ingredients

  • 1 head of cauliflower, cut into florets
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the cauliflower florets with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Toss until the cauliflower is evenly coated.
  3. Place the seasoned cauliflower in the air fryer basket in a single layer. You may need to do this in batches depending on the size of your air fryer.
  4. Air fry for 12-15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until the cauliflower is golden brown and crispy.
  5. If using, sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese over the cauliflower during the last 2 minutes of cooking.
  6. Serve hot as a snack or side dish.
