Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the mixed vegetables with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, dried herbs, salt, and pepper.
- Toss until the vegetables are evenly coated.
- Place the vegetables in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
