Description

Ingredients

  • 4 salmon fillets
  • 1 pound asparagus, trimmed
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Lemon wedges for serving

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, toss the asparagus with 1 tablespoon of olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Place the seasoned asparagus in the air fryer basket and cook for 5 minutes.
  4. While the asparagus is cooking, season the salmon fillets with the remaining olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  5. After 5 minutes, pull the basket out, push the asparagus to the side, and place the salmon fillets in the basket.
  6. Cook for an additional 7-10 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
  7. Serve with lemon wedges on the side.
