A quick and healthy recipe for tender salmon fillets paired with crisp asparagus, all made in the air fryer for a simple weeknight dinner.

- 4 salmon fillets
- 1 pound asparagus, trimmed
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Lemon wedges for serving
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, toss the asparagus with 1 tablespoon of olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Place the seasoned asparagus in the air fryer basket and cook for 5 minutes.
- While the asparagus is cooking, season the salmon fillets with the remaining olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- After 5 minutes, pull the basket out, push the asparagus to the side, and place the salmon fillets in the basket.
- Cook for an additional 7-10 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
- Serve with lemon wedges on the side.
